I participate in a Salon that Dennis Pendleton hosts. It is springtime and someone asked today if anyone had seen any hummingbirds yet. I didn't make time to do my assignment for this Salon so I was working on it during the Zoom meeting. It happened to be a hummingbird. I used the cover photo from the 2022 Spring Prairie Moon Nursery catalog as my reference. I think this may be the quickest I finished a painting - it only took an hour and a half.
